Day 2 Tres Cruces de Oro (12,631ft)– Paucartambo - Cusco.

A few hours before dawn, the Andean shaman perform a Pag’o at the Tres Cruces de Oro lookout, praising the Sun God and Mother Earth, the Goddess of fertility. The purpose of this ancestral ceremony is to show gratitude for everything we have been receiving from Mother Nature and the Sun. This ritual is strongly connected with the ancient Inca principle of ayni, which refers to the reciprocal concept of giving and receiving in the Andean world. When people perform this ceremony at dawn, they thank the spirits for gifts and everything positive obtained.

Followed by a spiritual meditation to connect us with the Spiritual World, to clean our soul of any negative energies, experience a moment of clarity to pursue the meaning of our life, confront our fears and insecurities, create peace, tranquility, harmony, happiness, give joy to our heart and meet our own Self.
